Children's Ministry Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

At Victory, we believe children are a blessing from the Lord!  Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and loving environment to help them grow in the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ.  Your child’s safety is of the utmost importance to us.  We strive to provide a safe environment for your children.  Every volunteer is a church member, and adult workers have completed a background check and received training to ensure your child’s safety.

Upon arrival, you will find our Children’s Check-In Table in our Kids Zone Hallway.  Children’s Sunday School Check-In will be available from 9:15 AM – 9:40 AM.  Children’s Church Check-In will be available from 10:35 AM – 10:55 AM.

Kids Check-in

Check-In Process:

When you arrive at the Children’s Check-In Table, you will be asked to sign the Parent/Guardian Check-In/Check-Out Sheet with your cell phone number.  We will use this number in case of emergencies.  Your child/children will be checked in using our computerized check in system.  At Check-In, you will be given a randomly assigned three-digit security code assigned only to your family.  This code changes weekly.  The code will print on a name tag for the child and one will be printed for you, the parent or guardian.  This tag will also include any medical notes, such as allergies, that your child may have so all volunteers will be aware.  That tag must be presented in order to pick up your child.  Please note we do not allow elementary age children to check in or pick up their siblings.

Check-Out Process:

Parents are encouraged to pick up their children promptly after the AM Worship Service at the appropriate Children’s Church classroom.  That tag must be presented in order to pick up your child/children.

On the first Sunday of each month, our 1st through 6th Graders have Children’s Church.  At this time, if you have children in that age group, you will need to promptly pick them up from their Sunday School Class right after Sunday School, showing your tag, and then accompanying them to the auditorium.  Your child will need to keep their name tag on, so you have the ability to check them out from their Children’s Church after the AM Worship Service.
